At CITY, we rely on our maintenance engineers to ensure our systems are running at peak performance.
We are a company that wants to reinvest in technology. By being part of CITY’s maintenance team, we want to give you the opportunity to improve your skillset.

If you want to be a welding engineer, you can work on welding jobs around the plant. If you want to focus on our washers and wash chemistry, you can do that.

As part of our maintenance department, everyone around the plant relies on you. You have the chance to make a difference in almost every department. Be it fixing a part on a truck or making sure the hang line can work efficiently, you become the most important part of CITY’s operation.

At CITY, you become part of a strong team-first environment. Everyone at the plant will know your name and reach out if they need help. We are a family, and we want you to feel appreciated every time you come to work.

Working in maintenance means making CITY work for our customers, and it’s important that you have everything you need to succeed on the job and at home.

Maintenance_Dean Spotlight2

Dean Conroy loves working in CITY’s maintenance department because no day is the same. He is able to work on different systems and machines every day.

While every day is different, Dean enjoys being part of a tight-knit group that helps everyone at CITY do their job.

“I love the team,” Dean said. “It’s like family here. Everyone knows who you are and we support each other.”

I enjoy the independence of the job, I also like to be able to just do things that I see need done, and get them done
