Customers rely on CITY's washroom running flawlessly so they can receive garments cleaned to the highest standards.

Working in the washroom means you are responsible for the entire facility. If something happens in the washroom, the whole plant comes to an abrupt stop. CITY's President, Colin Wetlaufer, worked in the washroom himself, learning the business's ins and outs, and he believes it’s a great start to launch a career in the laundry business.

“You have so much ownership and responsibility,” Colin said. “You are running a $3 million operation on your own. If you want to understand what's going on in this business, get in the washroom, and get going.”

When all of the laundry you took on in the morning goes through your washroom and at night you look at the empty washing aisle, you can be proud that thousands of customers received clean laundry because of your efforts.
