EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
As a CITY sales representative, Hildy Webb covers the Des Moines metropolitan territory. She is responsible for getting new business opportunities by calling on accounts, setting up appointments, and selling programs to meet our clients' needs. And it all starts with a hard work ethic.
To be good in sales, you have to be able to do two things: communicate well with others and also love doing it. With Hildy's background and love for economics, competition, and customer service, there is no wonder sales was her calling.
"People. I'm all about people and talking to people and getting to know things about people," Hildy said. "The more people you talk to, the more opportunities you find."

MEET THE LEADERSHIP
Since 2012, Chriss Carsello, CITY's Sales Manager, has led CITY's sales staff across Iowa and has overseen several expansions. Like his commitment to bringing customers the best possible service, Chriss also wants to make sure his team has what they can succeed.
"From day one, I knew this was where I wanted my entire professional career to be," Chriss said. "I think about that day a lot. Not every day is easy. There're challenges each and every day, and that's what I love about CITY." Chriss said.
